Office Manager Sheila "Elmer" Perin

Sheila is a graduate of Catholic Central High School in Springfield, Ohio.  She received her Associate Degree in Applied Business from Bowling Green State University in 1974. 

Prior to her employment with Delaware County, she worked for Marion General Hospital as the department secretary for Home Health and Quality of Life Hospice for 13 years.  She was the treasurer for the Parent’s Association for Childbirth Education for a number of years, and was treasurer for the Pleasant School PTO for eight years. 

She has been the Delaware County Emergency Services Office Manager since May of 1999.  She is also an elected official as Township Clerk for Marion Township in Marion County since 2004. 

She's nick-named "Elmer" because she frequently reminds us that she's the "glue that holds this place together..."
